dc.description559 English source terms with their equivalents in the ten other official South African languages. The list was compiled in collaboration with subject field specialists. Terms were excerpted from election booklets, manuals and research projects compiled by individual contributors and the Human Sciences Research Council. The project was aimed at facilitating communication and educating the general public about election terminology, so as to empower them to exercise their democratic right to vote.Please contact the National Language Service for usage conditions.
