1 Zenzele okususa isikhumba esixebukayo
Okususa isikhumba esixebukayo kususa i-layer engaphezulu yesikhumba nowoyela kwenze igazi ligijime kahle. Kusiza nomzimba ukuze ukhiphe ukungcola.
Hlanganisa isipuni esisodwa se-oatmeal nesipuni se-yogurt. Kuhlanganise kube yinhlama ufake uhhafu we-apula eligreythiwe nama-teaspoon amabili ejusi kalamula ofreshi.
Gcoba esikhumbeni. Kuyeke imizuzu emihlanu uhlambulule ngamanzi afudumele usule.
2 Okokuqabula umzimba
Faka i-rosemary efreshi emanzini okugeza - lokhu kusiza ngokudambisa izinhlungu.
Noma faka uhhafu wenkomishi ye-baking soda emanzini ukuze isikhumba sithambe sishelele.
3Zenzele i-spa
Hlala emanzini ashisayo imizuzu engu-20. Thatha i-sea salt uyihlikihle kwesingezansi ukuze igazi ligijime kahle.
Sebenzisa i-bath glove, noma i-mitt, uhlikihle isikhumba esonakele ukuze sithambe sishelele.
Sula ugcobe isiswakamisi noma i-body oil. Gxila ezindololwaneni nasezithendeni.
4 Okwezinyawo
Ungasebenzisa i-baking soda esikhundleni sika-powder ezinyaweni ngoba ibulala amagciwane imunce umjuluko.
I-rosemary iqeda iphunga ezicathulweni.
5 Okuzokuhlanza ngaphakathi
Ukuhlanza ingaphakathi lakho izinsuku ezimbili kungakusiza ukuze ungaphathwa yikhanda kwenze uzizwe ulula unomdlandla.

7 Zenzele i-mask
Isikhumba esomile: Hlanganisa i-teaspoon loju nokotapheya ovuthiwe obondiwe.
Isikhumba esinowoyela: Hlanganisa isipuni se-oatmeal nepetshisi elibondiwe.
Isikhumba esijwayelekile: Cwecwa ugxobe u-cucumber. Hlanganisa ne-yogurt namaconsi ambalwa e-rose water.
Yeka i-mask ebusweni imizuzu engu-15 uhlambulule ngamanzi afudumele. Ungabeka izingcezu zika-cucumber noma zezambane emehlweni ukuze kwehle ukudumba kwawo.
8 Okwezinduna
Uma unenduna, yimbambathe ngovolo ocwiliswe kujusi kalamula.
9 Okwamehlo
Beka ovolo ababili abacwiliswe kwi-chamomile tea emehlweni imizuzu engu-15 ukuze kuphele ukuvuvukala kwawo.
10 Cwala amashiya
Amashiya acwalwe kahle agqamisa indlela obukeka ngayo. Qiniseka ukuthi usendaweni ekhanya kahle ngaphambi kokuwacwala. Dweba umugqa nge-brow pencil. Susa unwele olulodwa ngesikhathi uqale phakathi nendawo uye ngasendlebeni.

12 Geza ubuso ngaphambi kokuzivocavoca
Susa i-make-up ngaphambi kokuzivocavoca. Ukujuluka kuhlanza isikhumba. Uma iziqu zoboya zivalwe yi-make-up, isikhumba sakho ngeke sihlanzeke kahle.
13 Gcoba okuzokuvikela elangeni
Ukushwabana kwesikhumba namabala kudalwa yilanga. Cabanga ngemali ongayonga uma uhlukana nokuthenga okhilimu abalwa nalezi zinto usebenzise iSPF15 nsuku zonke.
14 Swakamisa isikhumba ngoju

15 Zama okwemvelo
Bheka ongakusebenzisa esikhumbeni ekhishini lakho!
I-olive oil ungayisebenzisa ezinweleni ezomile nezikhathele.
I-coconut oil iyazihlanza, izinike impilo iziswakamise izinwele.
I-avocado oil isiza esikhumbeni esomile.
I-oatmeal yelapha isikhumba esome kakhulu nesizwelayo.
Faka i-oat flakes eyiphalishi emanzini okugeza afudumele ukuze uswakamise isikhumba.
