Roasted Butternut And Curried Madumbies

3 ama-butternuts
1 isipuni (15ml) uwoyela (noma imajarini encibilikisiwe)
10-12 amadumbe
2 izipuni (30ml) uwoyela
5-6 ama-baby onions
1 i-teaspoon (5ml) ugaligi ogxotshiwe
1 isipuni (15ml) u-curry powder
1 isipuni (15ml) i-cumin seed
4-5 ama-star anise seeds (ngokuthanda kwakho)
Indlela yokwenza
1. Sika i-butternut ibe ngohhafu ngokwehla kwayo ukhiphe izinhlamvu. Ibrashe ngowoyela uyisonge nge-foil uyibhake kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-20-30 ize ithambe.
2. Pheka amadumbe. Acwecwe uwasike izingcezu.
3. Epanini thosa izithako ezisele ufake namadumbe aphekiwe ukuthose.
4. Beka amadumbe kohhafu be-butternut. Kuseve ngokushesha.

8 utamatisi osikwe izingcezu
4 izingcezu zesinkwa eziyimvuthu
1/2 inkomishi (125 ml) ushizi ogreythiwe
Indlela yokwenza
1. Epanini thosa u-anyanisi ngemajarini ufake usawoti noshukela ukuhlanganise kahle.
2. Faka 1/3 wengxube ka-anyanisi kwi-casserole dish egcotshiwe. Phezulu, beka uhhafu wophepha oluhlaza, okatamatisi nowezimvuthu. Kuphinde lokhu ugcine nge-layer yengxube ka-anyanisi.
3. Vuvuzela ngoshizi ukumboze ukubhake kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-30 bese ukuseva ngokushesha.

2. Kwenye indishi, shaya okwamaqanda okumhlophe ukufake kahle engxubeni ye-corn.
3. Epanini shisa uwoyela ufake ngesipuni le ngxube uyicindezele kahle ngengemumva lesipuni.
4. Kupheke imizuzu engu-2-3 zinhlangothi zombili. Kucwenge nge-paper towel ukuseve ngokushesha.
