Ukuthenga ukudla
uThenga ukudla okufakwa efrijini emva kokuthenga okungaboli;
uUngayithengi inyama esemaphaketheni adabukile noma avuzayo;
uUngakuthengi ukudla osekuphelelwe yisikhathi.
Ukubeka ukudla
uUkudla okubolayo kufake efrijini;
uPheka noma ufake kwi-freezer inyama yenkukhu, inhlanzi ne-mince efreshi ezinsukwini ezimbili ukuthengile; inyama yenkomo, yemvu noma yengulube yisebenzise ezinsukwini ezintathu kuya kwezinhlanu uyithengile;
uUkudla okubolayo kumele kugoqwe;
uUkuze inyama yakho ihlale ikahle kwi-freezer, goqa iphakethe elinenyama nge-foil;
uUkudla okusemathinini okune-acid eningi kungagcinwa izinyanga ezingu-12 kuye kwezingu-18;
uUkudla okusemathinini okungenayo i-acid eningi kungahlala amasonto amabili kuya eminyakeni emihlanu uma ithini lisesesimweni esikahle. Lahla amathini apoqokile, avuzayo, aqumbile noma ane-rust.
