Roasted Beef Fillet With Savoury Samp
300g i-beef fillet
2 amaqabunga esipinashi
¼ i-teaspoon ugaligi ogxotshiwe
3 ama-teaspoon i-mustard
1 i-teaspoon i-dill eqotshiwe
upelepele oqotshiwe
usawoti nophepha
1 i-tot ye-sherry
4 ubhekeni oqotshisisiwe
Isitambu:
4 izipuni i-olive oil
½ u-anyanisi oqotshisisiwe
½ uphepha obomvu oqotshiwe
½ u-green pepper oqotshisisiwe
1 inkomishi isitambu esiphekiwe
¼ inkomishi ukhilimu
1 okweqanda okuphuzi
¼ inkomishi ushizi i-cheddar egreythiwe
1 isipuni i-tomato paste
1. Pheka isipinashi usicwenge. Hlanganisa ugaligi, i-mustard, i-dill, upelepele, usawoti nophepha ne-sherry.
2. Brasha ingxube kwi-beef fillet.
3. Goqa inyama ngesipinashi nobhekeni. Goqa nge-cling wrap, kuyeke efrijini ubusuku bonke.
4. Shisisa uhhavini ngo-190oC. Shisa i-olive oil epanini, thosa inyama nhlangothi zonke. 5. Pheka kuhhavini imizuzu engu-10 -15.
I-Sauce: Thosa ingxube yokubhrasha esele nengxenye ka-anyanisi, faka i-tomato paste, iqhuzu lesobho lenkomo nenkomishi eyodwa yamanzi. Uma i-sauce isinsundu, cwenga ubeke eceleni.
Isitambu: Okusele, u-anyanisi nophepha kuthose kwi-olive oil. Faka isitambu upheke imizuzu emithathu. Faka ukhilimu ugovuze. Faka okweqanda okuphuzi, ushizi nesinongo. Susa emlilweni kungakavuthwa ukuze kuhlangane.
Iseluleko sokuseva
Qoba i-fillet ibe ngohhafu ababili. Phaka isitambu nenyama. Consisela i-sauce ngaphezulu nasemaceleni epuletini.
