* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) ushukela onsundu
1. Epanini shisa uwoyela uthose inyama.
Faka u-anyanisi no-green pepper ukuthose imizuzu embalwa.
2. Kujeke hlanganisa ndawonye u-curry powder, upelepele, uviniga ne-stock esincane ukwenza inhlama. Kwengeze epanini ukuthose umzuzu.
