□ 2 izinkomishi (500ml) i-pasta
□ 4 izinkomishi (1 ilitha) amanzi abilayo
□ 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) uwoyela
□ 2 izipuni (30ml) uwoyela
□ 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
□ 1/2 utamatisi oqotshiwe
□ 1 inkomishi (250ml) ama-mixed veg
□ 3 izipuni (45ml) amanzi
□ usawoti nophepha
1. Faka i-pasta emanzini abilayo, ufake uwoyela. Kubilise imizuzu engu-10 kuze kuthambe i-pasta. Kucwenge ukubeke eceleni.
2. Kwelinye ipani, shisa uwoyela uthose u-anyanisi imizuzu emibili uze uthambe. Faka utamatisi ukupheke imizuzu emithathu. Faka ama-mixed veg namanzi wehlise umlilo. Kugxabhise imizuzu emihlanu.
3. Endishini hlanganisa i-pasta nama-veg. Kunonge ukuseve.

□ 2 izinkomishi (500ml) ama-frozen mixed veg
□ 1 iqanda
□ 1 inkomishi (250ml) izimvuthu zesinkwa
□ 1/4 inkomishi (65ml) uwoyela
1. Faka amazambane epanini elinamanzi. Abilise athambe uwacwecwe. Faka usawoti nobisi uwabhucuze.
2. Epanini thosa u-anyanisi imizuzu emithathu. Faka ama-mixed veg ukupheke imizuzwana emibili.
3. Faka i-mash endishini, u-anyanisi nama-veg.
4. Bumba ingxube yezambane ibe ngamakhekhe alingana nama-burger.
5. Kwenye indishi shaya iqanda. Cwilisa ikhekhe ngalinye eqandeni ugcine ngezimvuthu zesinkwa. Kubeke epuletini ukubeke efrijini imizuzu engu-30-45.
6. Epanini thosa amakhekhe. Aseve eshisa noma epholile njenge-burger yabangayidli inyama.

1. Kujeke usebenzisa imfoloko, shaya ndawonye amaqanda nobisi ukubeke eceleni.
2. Epanini ncibilikisa imajarini. Tshekisa ipani uncibilikise imajarini, wenze nesiqiniseko sokuthi ingena yonke indawo. Faka ama-mixed veg aqandisiwe ukupheke imizuzu emihlanu ize ithambe.
3. Faka ingxube yeqanda wehlise umlilo. Uma iqanda seliqala lisetha, govuza ngesipuni sokhuni iqanda lize libe sakhilimu lisethe.
4. Kunonge ngosawoti ukuseve nerayisi, ipapa noma isinkwa.
