* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) uwoyela
1. Inhlanzi. Epanini shisa uwoyela uthose u-anyanisi nogaligi imizuzu engu-3 kuze kube nsundu.
2. Faka utamatisi, u-curry powder nenhlanzi. Kunonge, ukupheke imizuzu engu-10.
3. Pasta. Faka i-pasta ebhodweni elinamanzi abilayo, ufake usawoti nowoyela. Kupheke imizuzu engu-10 kuze kuthambe. Kucwenge.
4. Hlanganisa i-pasta nenhlanzi. Kuseve kushisa noma kubanda.

* 1/2 u-anyanisi osikwe izingcezu
* 1 utamatisi osikwe izingcezu
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) i-frozen peas
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) ushizi ogreythiwe iCheddar

1. Pizza. Endishini sefa zonke izithako ezomile.
2. Kuphendulele ebhodini elibhuqwe ngofulawa, wenze isikhala phakathi nendawo. Ilokhu ufaka amanzi, ukuhlanganisise kwakheke inhlama. Yidove imizuzu engu-10 ize ibe salasitiki.

2. Epanini shisa uwoyela uthose u-anyanisi nogaligi imizuzu emithathu kuze kube nsunjwana. Faka inhlanzi, ukunonge ukupheke imizuzu emihlanu ukuze kushise.
3. Epuletini faka ngesipuni amazambane abhuciwe, ngenhla kube yinhlanzi bese ukunonga.
