Ginger Orange Scones with Cream Cheese Spread

240g i-cake flour
15ml i-baking powder
2ml usawoti
65g ibhotela eliqotshwe ophisi
75ml i-Illovo white sugar
1ml ikhasi lewolintshi eligreythiwe
1 iqanda
125ml ubisi
125ml i-Illovo Ginger in Syrup ecwengwe yaqotshisiswa
1. Shisisa uhhavini ngo-200oC. Gcobisa ithini lokubhaka.
2. Sefa ufulawa, i-baking powder nosawoti endishini.
3. Faka ibhotela ingxube ize ifane nezimvuthu zesinkwa. Faka ushukela nekhasi lewolintshi.
4. Hlanganisa iqanda nobisi. Faka engxubeni eyomile ufake ne-ginger ugovuze ukuze kube yinhlama ethambile.
5. Beka inhlama endaweni evuvuzelwe ngofulawa wenze kube wugqinsi olungu-2cm. Qoba kube yizindilinga ubhake ethreyini elishisisiwe imizuzu engu-12.
6. Kubeke kwi-rack yokupholisa

230g isitsha i-smooth cottage noma i-cream cheese
30ml i-orange juice
15ml ikhasi lewolintshi eligreythiwe
3 ophisi i-Illovo Ginger in Syrup, eqotshisisiwe
10ml i-Illovo Golden Syrup
1. Hlanganisa zonke izithako.
2. Kubeke efrijini ukusebenzise uma usukugcoba kuma-scones.
n I-Glenryck Pilchards ivele isiphekiwe kanti idinga ukufudunyezwa kuphela, okusho ukuthi akufanele iresiphi yakho ihlale kakhulu emlilweni emva kokufaka ithini lakho.
n I-Glenryck Pilchards iphekwa isethinini emva kokuvalwa kwalo. Njengoba kungekho moya ngaphakathi ethinini (umoya uqeda umsoco), umsoco uhlala ukhona enhlanzini.
n Ungawalahli amathambo akwiGlenryck pilchards. Athambile, agayeka kalula kanti aqukethe i-calcium.
