■ 1 i-apula elisikwe izingcezu ezincane

1. Endishini hlanganisa i-oats ne-apple juice ukuyeke imizuzu engu-30.
2. Faka ama-grapes, cornflakes, raisins ne-apula ukuhlanganisise. Kuseve nobisi noma i-yogurt.

1. Kwi-baking tray thosa usike amasosiji phakathi nendawo angahlukani uwagobe abe yindilinga uwabrashe ngowoyela.
2. Sika phezulu utamatisi uwunonge ubuyisele okusikile. Bhrasha utamatisi ngowoyela uwubeke kulo lelo tray.
3. Bhaka kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-5-10 noma utamatisi uze uthambe namaVienna ashe kahle.

■ uwoyela wokufraya
■ 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
■ 1 ugaligi ogayiwe
■ 2 izipuni (30ml) i-tomato sauce
■ 2 izipuni (30ml) i-barbecue sauce
■ 3 izipuni (45ml) i-syrup
■ 2/3 inkomishi (170ml) i-chicken stock
■ 1 isipuni (15ml) uviniga
■ 6 amathanga enkukhu
■ 1 isixha sama-ribs asikwe izingcezu
1. Thosa u-anyanisi nogaligi. Faka i-tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, syrup, chicken stock noviniga. Kugxabhise imizuzu engu-15-20.
2. Faka inyama kwi-roasting pan, uthele usosi ngaphezulu. Kubhake kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-45-60.
3. Kuseve nosaladi neFrench bread.

■ 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-vanilla essence
■ 1 x 120g iphakethe lama-ginger biscuits ahleshulwe izingcezu

1. Endishini hlanganisa i-icing sugar nokhokho ufake imajarini.
