1. Shisisa uhhavini ngo-200°C. Endishini shaya ibhotela nge-electric mixer imizuzwana engu-30. Faka ushukela, i-baking powder, i-bicarbonate of soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves nosawoti. Kushaye kuze kuhlangane, ukhothuluze emaceleni endishi.

* 125ml (1/2 inkomishi) i-almond evengiwe
1. Shisisa uhhavini ngo-180°C. Endishini, hlanganisa imajarini noshukela. Faka 1 i-teaspoon (1/2) i-almond essence. Faka ufulawa, hlanganisa kube yizimvuthu.
2. Kucindezele endishini esetshenziswa kuhhavini engu-30 x 25 x 5cm. Bhaka imizuzu engu-25.
3. Epanini, fudumeza ama-raisins ne-ginger.
4. Endishini, shaya okweqanda okumhlophe. Faka i-icing sugar kancane kancane ushaye, faka 1 isipuni ngesikhathi, faka i-almond essence esele. Shayisisa kuze kube namabhamuza.
5. Ndlala ingxube yama-raisin phezu kwe-crust. Ndlala i-meringue ngaphezulu, vuvuzela ama-almonds.
6. Khuphula izinga lokushisa libe ngu-200˚C. Bhaka imizuzu engu-15. Kupholise ngaphambi kokukuqoba.
