I-Chutney Dip
* 2 izipuni (30ml) uwoyela
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 2 izigaxa ugaligi oqotshiwe
* 1 utamatisi oqotshiwe
* 2 izipuni (30ml) i-tomato paste
* 2 ama-teaspoon (10ml) ushukela
* 2 ama-teaspoon (10ml) ujusi kalamula
* 2 izipuni (30ml) i-chutney
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) amanzi
1. Inkukhu. Endishini hlanganisa izithako uyeke amaphiko enkukhu.
2. Bhuqa inkukhu kulezo zithako. Beka endishini esetshenziswa kuhhavini, mboza ufake efrijini ihora elilodwa.
3. Shisisa uhhavini ngo-180°C ufake inkukhu imizuzu engu-30 ize ivuthwe. Pholisa.
4. I-dip. Epanini shisa uwoyela, thosa u-anyanisi nogaligi imizuzu engu-5 noma kuze kuthambe.
5. Faka utamatisi, thosa imizuzu engu-3.
6. Faka izithako ezisele. Pheka imizuzu engu-10.
7. Kupholise, thela endishini encane useve nenkukhu.

Ama-Meatballs
* 500g i-lean mince
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 2 izandla i-parsley eqotshiwe
* 2 izingcezu isinkwa esinsundu esiyizimvuthu
* usawoti
* 4 izipuni (60ml) uwoyela
1. Endishini hlanganisa izithako uyeke uwoyela.
2. Endaweni ozosebenzela kuyona goqa ingxube ibe amabhola amancane.
3. Epanini shisa uwoyela. Thosa ama-meatballs uwaphendule njalo emva kwemizuzu engu-4. Beka eceleni.

Ama-Burger
* 400g i-lean mince
* 2 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 2 izandla i-parsley eqotshiwe
* 2 izingcezu isinkwa esinsundu esiyizimvuthu
* usawoti
* 4 izipuni (60ml) uwoyela
* 4 ama-burger rolls
1. Endishini hlanganisa zonke izithako uyeke uwoyela.
2. Endaweni ozosebenzela kuyona sebenzisa izandla wenze ama-burger patty angu-4.
3. Epanini shisa uwoyela, thosa ama-patty imizuzu engu-5 nhlangothi zonke. Beka kuma-burger rolls, qoba kuphume amane.

* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) ujusi kalamula
* i-turmeric yokuhlobisa
* 
* 1. Beka ama-veg azungeze ipuleti le-platter.
2. I-dip. Endishini hlanganisa izithako uyeke i-turmeric. Vuvuzela i-turmeric. Beka phakathi nendawo kwi-platter.

* 2 amawolintshi ageziwe aqotshwa

Yoghurt Dip
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) i-plain yoghurt
* 2 izipuni (30ml) uju
* 2 ama-teaspoon (10ml) ujusi kalamula
* 2 izandla i-mint leaves eqotshiwe
1. I-fruit platter. Beka izithelo zizungeze ipuleti
le-platter.
2. I-dip. Endishini hlanganisa izithako. Beka phakathi nendawo kwi-platter.
