1. Ebhodini khamela inyama engaphakathi kumasosiji uyikhiphe ezikhumbeni.

2. Endishini hlanganisa inyama yamasosiji nezimvuthu zesinkwa, ushizi no-anyanisi.
3. Ebhodini elibhuqwe ngofulawa, ndlala i-pastry uyivuvuzele ngenyama yamasosiji.
4. Beka amaqanda eceleni kwe-pastry, ugoqe i-pastry bese uyibrasha ngeqanda.
5. Kubhake kuhhavini ongu-200oC imizuzu engu-20-30 i-pastry ize ibe nsunjwana.

Indlela yokwenza
1. Epanini thosa u-anyanisi, utamatisi no-curry powder imizuzu engu-5-10 ulokhu ukugovuza.
2. Bondela phakathi umhluzu wenkukhu nama-raisins. Kumboze ukugxabhise imizuzu emihlanu.
3. Kujeke hlanganisa i-corn flour namasi ukwenza i-paste. Bondela phakathi i-gravy ukubilise ulokhu ukugovuza. Kugxabhise imizuzu emibili.
4. Sika amaqanda phakathi nendawo ngobude bawo, ufake i-gravy. Govuza ukugxabhise omunye umzuzu noma emibili.
5. Ngesipuni faka ukhari ophuthwini olushisayo noma i-Instema, ukuvuvuzele ngokhukhunathi bese ukuseva nezingcezu zikatamatisi noma zikaphayinaphu. Ungabeka futhi eceleni i-chutney engesipuni eduze kwepuleti ngalinye uma uthanda.

2. Endishini hlanganisa ndawonye amaqanda nobisi, ubeke eceleni cishe okunganela isipuni (15ml) ozocwebezelisa ngakho i-pastry. Faka upholoni, u-anyanisi, amazambane nama-mixed vegetables. Beka i-filling esinqeni se-pastry.
3. Ebhodini elibhuqwe ngofulawa, ndlala iphakethe lesibili le-pastry. Manzisa emachophweni ngamanzi amancane, umboze i-filling ngokugobela amachopho ngaphansi. Cindezela amachopho ngemfoloko. (Hlobisa ngaphezulu noma yingayiphi i-pastry scrap.) Kucwebezelise bese ukubhobosa izimbobo ngemfoloko.
4. Kubhake kuhhavini ongu-200oC cishe imizuzu engu-30. (Uma i-pastry isheshe iba nsunjwana ngaphambi kwalokhu, yehlisa umlilo kodwa ungawugudluzi uphayi kuhhavini kuze kuhlangane i-filling.)

1. Faka ubisi epanini lokuthosa, ufake i-haddock. Kubilise, wehlise umlilo kugxabhe i-haddock ize iphekeke. (Izokuba mhlophe phakathi nendawo bese kuba lula ukuyivenga uma isiphekekile.) Icwenge, uyinonge uyibeke eceleni.
2. Beka irayisi, i-turmeric ne-stock cube epanini. Faka amanzi ukubilise. Yehlisa umlilo, ukuyeke kugxabhe irayisi lize liphekeke (10-15 imizuzu), ufake amanzi amaningi uma kudingeka.
3. Cwenga irayisi, ubondele phakathi i-parsley ne-haddock, uhlele kahle amaqanda phezulu. Kuseve ngokushesha.

Indlela yokwenza
1. Endishini hlanganisa amaqanda, amasi nosawoti ukushayisise.
2. Epanini ncibilikisa imajarini uthose u-anyanisi uze uthambe, ubondele phakathi utamatisi no-curry powder. Kuthose imizuzu emihlanu.
Faka okuhlaza nesitambu, ukuthose kancane imizuzu elishumi ulokhu ukugovuza.
3. Thela ingxube yeqanda kuleyo esepanini. Kupheke ngaphandle kokukugovuza kuze kuhlangane.
4. Sika i-tortilla uyenze izingcezu. Kuseve ngokushesha nezingcezu zesinkwa ezigcotshwe ibhotela noma nesaladi.

2. Kwenye indishi, shaya okweqanda okumhlophe kuze kuhlangane. Kufake kahle engxubeni yama-corn.
3. Epanini elinesinqe esiqinile, shisa uwoyela bese ufaka ingxube ngesipuni, uyicindezele kancane ngengemumva lesipuni ngayinye, ngayinye. Ipheke imizuzu engu-2-3 esayidini ngalinye ize ibe nsunjwana ngombala.
