BUTTER CAKE
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) imajarini
* 1 1/4 izinkomishi (312ml) i-castor sugar
* 3 amaqanda
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-vanilla essence
* 2 1/2 izinkomishi (625ml) ufulawa
* 1/2 i-teaspoon (2,5ml) usawoti
* 1 isipuni (15ml) i-baking powder
* 2/3 inkomishi (160ml) ubisi
1. Endishini shaya ndawonye imajarini noshukela. Faka amaqanda, elilodwa ngesikhathi, ulishayisise emva kokulifaka. Faka i-vanilla essence.
2. Kwenye indishi, sefela ndawonye izithako ezomile. Kufake engxubeni esakhilimu, ushintshanise ngobisi. Kuhlanganisise.
3. Gcoba amathini angu-3 ayindilinga. Thela phakathi inhlama. Kubhake kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-30-35. Kugudluze kuhhavini, ukuphendulele kwi-wire rack ukuyeke kuphole kahle ngaphambi kokufaka i-icing.
Basic Icing
* 500g i-icing sugar
* 250g imajarini
* amanzi amancane noma ubisi
1. Endishini shaya imajarini ne-icing sugar, ufake amanzi amancane ukuze kube bushelelezi.
2. Vuvuzela i-icing ekhekheni ulihlobise ngokuthanda kwakho.
Enye indlela: Ukuze wenze i-chocolate icing, faka 1/4 inkomishi (60ml) i-cocoa powder. [z]
