1. Beka amaMarie Biscuits amane kwi-dinner plate. Beka i-marshmallow phakathi nendawo kwi-marshmallow ngayinye. Beka iMicrowave ezingeni eliphezulu imizuzwana engu-15 noma ama-marshmallows aze akhukhumale. Beka iMarie Biscuit lesibili phezulu, ulicindezele phansi ukwenza i-sandwich nge-marshmallow. Qhubeka kuze kube wonke amabhisikidi asesebenzile.

■ 1 inkomishi (250ml) i-wholewheat flour
■ 1 1/2 izinkomishi (375ml) uwoyela noma imajarini encibilikisiwe
■ 3 amaqanda ashayiwe
■ 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-vanilla essence
■ 3 izinkomishi (750ml) ukherothi ogreythiwe
■ 1 inkomishi (250ml) amakinati agxotshiwe
■ i-icing sugar yokubhuqa
1. Endishini hlanganisa ndawonye izithako ezomile.
2. Kujeke hlanganisa ndawonye uwoyela, amaqanda ne-vanilla essence bese ukufaka ezithakweni ezomile bese ukushayisisa. Faka phakathi ukherothi namakinati ethinini lokubhaka elingu-23cm esinqeni.
3. Kubhake kuhhavini oshisiswe ngezinga elingu-160oC imizuzu engu-80-90 noma imfoloko oyifake phakathi nendawo ize iphume ingenalutho lapho uyikhipha.
4. Kuphendule ukupholise. Kubhuqe nge-icing sugar.

■ 11 oswidi abancane abayizindilinga noma amaqanda
1. Beka ama-corn endishini enkulu. Epanini shisa ujusi obuwubekile, ubilise kugxabhe imizuzu engu-3. Kugudluze emlilweni.
2. Bondela phakathi i-peanut butter nezingcezu zikashokoleti. Ngesikhathi sekubushelelezi kuthele kuma-popcorn, ukuthosisise. Kuyeke kuphole cishe imizuzu engu-8.
3. Kwi-baking tray ndlala i-wax paper egcotshiwe. Bumba ingxube yama-popcorn abe ngamabholana. Wacindezele kancane ngesithupha phakathi nendawo bese uwabeka ethreyini. Phakathi nendawo faka amaswidi amathathu noma amaqanda, kuwo wonke.

2. Epanini shisa kancane ujusi owubekile nama-marshmallows. Uma ama-marshmallows esencibilikile, ayeke aphole. Ungawayeki asethe.
Faka ukhilimu ngesipuni kwi-crust elungisiwe. Kufake efrijini amahora angu-6-8 ukuze kusethe.
