* 1 x 125g iphakethe ubhekeni oqotshwe wathoswa
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) ama-raisins
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) isinkwa esidala esiyizingcezu ezincane ezithosiwe esibizwa ngokuthi ama-croutons (kunamasuphamakethe adayisa ama-croutons kodwa ayabiza)
I-Dressing
* 2 izipuni (30ml) u-vinegar
* 2 izipuni (30ml) ushukela
* 1 inkomishi (250ml)

1. Faka i-broccoli, ubhekeni, ama-raisins nesinkwa endishini, hlanganisa.
2. I-Dressing. Ncibilikisa ushukela no-vinegar epanini elibekwe esitofini esingashisi kakhulu. Susa emlilweni, faka i-mayonnaise. Thela esaladini ngaphambi kokuseva.

■ Bamba u-lettuce ngesandla, ushaye ngesiqu sawo phezu kwekhabethe, donsa isiqu ngaphakathi kuwona. Wuhlambulule emanzini ahambayo uvuzise amanzi uwubhekise phansi.
■ Ungakasevi, hlephula u-lettuce (ungawuqobi) ube ophisi. Ukuwuqoba kwenza ube nsundu emachosheni.
■ Ungawubeki ngaphandle isikhathi esingaphezulu kwemizuzu engu-15 ngaphambi kokuseva.
