1. Epanini ncibilikisa iBoxer Best Margarine, thosa ugaligi. Faka ukherothi, i-celery nophepha obomvu. Govuza kuze kuthambe, cishe imizuzu engu-10.
2. Faka i-mince, pheka ibe nsundu. Faka utamatisi, amanzi ne-bay leaves. Nonga. Pheka ugovuze cishe imizuzu engu-30 umboze.
3. I-Maize Meal. Ebhodweni, bilisa amanzi, faka iShibobo Maize Meal nosawoti. Govuza. Pheka umboze imizuzu engu-10 (ingxube kufanele ithambe).
