BATTERED CHICKEN
* 2kg ophisi benkukhu

* 2 ama-teaspoon (10ml) i-baking powder
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) ubisi
* 1 iqanda elishayiwe

1. Faka ophisi benkukhu ebhodweni elinamanzi abilayo ukubilise imizuzu engu-10-15 kungavuthwa. Kucwenge ukupholise.
2. Endishini hlanganisa ufulawa, usawoti, u-pepper ne-baking powder. Faka ubisi neqanda kube yinhlama.
3. Cwilisa ophisi benkukhu enhlameni.
4. Epanini shisa uwoyela. Thosa ophisi benkukhu. Cwenga useve nama-chips nesaladi.
QUICK BUTTER-ROAST CHICKEN PIECES
* 2kg ophisi benkukhu
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) ibhotela
  noma imajarini, ethanjiswe yangancibilika
* 1 isipuni (15ml) i-chicken noma
  i-barbecue spice
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-parsley eqotshiwe
* usawoti ne-black pepper
* 1/4 inkomishi (60ml) uwoyela
* 2 u-anyanisi ongamakota (onamakhasi)
* 6 amazambane angohhafu (anamakhasi)
1. Endishini, sebenzisa imfoloko uhlanganise ibhotela, i-chicken spice, u-anyanisi ogreythiwe ne-parsley.
2. Phakamisa isikhumba ngokucophelela kophisi benkukhu ufake ingxube yebhotela enyameni. Brasha ngowoyela unonge.
3. Brasha amazambane no-anyanisi ngowoyela. Beka inkukhu, u-anyanisi namazambane ethreyini lokubhaka.
4. Bhaka kuhhavini oshisiwe ngo-180°C.
SUMMER CHICKEN (ilungele ukosiwa)
* 2kg ophisi benkukhu
* usawoti no-pepper
* 1 isipuni (15ml) ugaligi ogxotshiwe
* 1 isipuni (15ml) i-ginger egxotshiwe
* 1 isipuni (15ml) u-curry powder
* 1 isipuni (15ml) ushukela
* 2 izipuni (30ml) i-dhania noma i-parsley efreshi eqotshiwe
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) amasi
1. Faka ophisi benkukhu endishini unonge ngosawoti no-pepper.
2. Kujeke hlanganisa izithako ezisele. Thela enkukhwini ufake efrijini amahora angu-3.
3. Yikhiphe uyibhraye noma uyibhake kuhhavini oshisiswe ngo-180°C imizuzu engu-45-60. Seva nesinkwa noma nepapa nesaladi.
GOLDEN CURRY
* 3 izipuni (45ml) uwoyela
* 2kg ophisi benkukhu
* 2 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 1 u-pepper obomvu noma o-green oqotshiwe
* 2 ama-teaspoon (10ml) ugaligi ogxotshiwe
* 2 ama-teaspoon (10ml) i-fresh ginger
* 2 izipuni (30ml) u-curry powder
* 3 utamatisi oqotshiwe
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) ukherothi oqotshiwe
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) ithanga elicwecwe laqotshwa
* usawoti ne-freshly ground black pepper
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) isobho lenkukhu
1. Epanini shisa uwoyela, thosa ophisi benkukhu. Yikhiphe epanini, beka eceleni.
2. Kulelo pani thosa u-anyanisi, u-pepper, ugaligi ne-ginger kuthambe. Faka u-curry powder. Thosa umzuzu owodwa.
3. Faka ophisi benkukhu, utamatisi, ukherothi nethanga. Nonga,
faka isobho.
4. Kubilise ukumboze ukupheke kuthambe inkukhu. Seva nerayisi elidayiwe ngokuphuzi, ama-sambals ne-chutney.[z]
