VETKOEK
* 4 izinkomishi (1 000ml) i-cake flour
* 1 i-teaspoon izipuni (30ml) ushukela
* 1 x 10g iphakela i-dry yeast
* 1 1/2 izinkomishi (375ml) amanzi antukuntuku
* 3 izinkomishi (750ml) uwoyela
1. Endishini sefa ndawonye izithako. Phendulela ebhodini bese uvula imbobo phakathi nendawo.
2. Ilokhu uthela amanzi kule mbobo yengxube eyomile, uxove inhlama ngeminwe. Buyisela inhlama uyiphendulele endishini, uyimboze nge-teacloth, uyiyeke ikhukhumale imizuzu engu-45. (Kufanele kukhukhumale ngokuphindiwe.)
3. Epanini shisa uwoyela emlilweni omncane. Usebenzisa isipuni nesandla, kala inhlama ibe ngamabholana uwafake kuwoyela. Apheke aze abe nsunjwana. Aseve eshisa noma ebanda.

■ Qiniseka ukuthi uwoyela uyashisa, kodwa amagwinya apheke ngomlilo ophansi.
