1. Ebhodweni faka amanzi enele ukumboza usu, ufake amakhasi kalamula, i-bay leaves, okherothi, u-anyanisi nama-peppercorns. Kubilise usu luze luthambe (2 1/2-3 amahora).
2. Faka usawoti ubilise imizuzu embalwa. Cwenga ulomise ukuze uqiniseke ukuthi amafutha awagxumi uma uluthosa. Beka ama-veg eceleni. Ebhodini lusike imicu engu-6cm x 2cm.
3. Kujeke shaya ndawonye iqanda nobisi. Cwilisa usu engxubeni yeqanda ubhuqele phakathi izimvuthu zesinkwa. Kubeke efrijini.
