1. Sefa ufulawa endishini, faka usawoti, cubuzela imajarini phakathi ingxube ifane nezimvuthu zesinkwa. 2. Thela amanzi anele inhlama iqine. 3. Kundlale ebhodini elivuvuzelwe ngofulawa kube ugqinsi olungu-5mm. Gcobisa indishi engu-23cm esetshenziswa kuhhavini. Hlaba isinqe ngemfoloko, kubeke efrijini imizuzu engu-30 ukumboze. 4. Beka uphisi wephepha nobhontshisi owonyisiwe (baking blind) phezu kwe-pastry ukubhake kuhhavini oshisiswe ngo-180°C imizuzu engu-10-15. Susa iphepha nobhontshisi ukuphindisele kuhhavini ubhake imizuzu emihlanu. Kukhiphe ukupholise. 5. Beka ushizi kwi-pastry, ndlala i-asparagus. 6. Hlanganisa ukhilimu, amaqanda nesinongo. Thela phezu kukashizi ne-asparagus. 7. Kubhake kuhhavini oshisiswe ngo-180°C imizuzu engu-30-40. Kukhiphe kuphole kancane ngaphambi kokukuqoba. Kuseve kufudumele.
