* 2 izipuni (30ml) uwoyela
* 200g i-stewing beef eqotshiwe
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 1 isigaxa ugaligi ogxotshiwe
* 1 isipuni (15ml) i-tomato paste
* 1 iqhuzu lesobho lenkomo elincibilikiswe ku-3 izinkomishi (750ml) amanzi abilayo
* i-bay leaf
* usawoti nophepha
Amadombolo
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) i-cake flour
* 1 isipuni (15ml) ushukela
* 1/2 i-teaspoon (2,5ml) usawoti
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-instant yeast
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) amanzi afudumele
INDLELA YOKUKWENZA
1. Isitshulu. Epanini, shisa uwoyela uthose inyama. Yikhiphe epanini uyigcine ifudumele.
2. Kulelo pani, thosa u-anyanisi nogaligi kube nsundu ngokusagolide. Faka i- tomato paste, pheka imizuzu engu-2.
3. Faka isobho nenyama, nonga, yehlisa umlilo upheke imizuzu engu-25.
4. Amadombolo. Endishini hlanganisa izithako ezomile. Vula isikhala phakathi nendawo uthele amanzi uxove kube yinhlama ethambile.
5. Dova inhlama endaweni evuvuzelwe ngofulawa imizuzu engu-7. Faka inhlama endishini uyibeke endaweni efudumele imizuzu engu-30, dova njalo emva kwemizuzu engu-10.
6. Bumba inhlama ibe amabhola. Faka esitshulwini upheke imizuzu engu-20. [z]
