1. Qoba u-brinjal. Vuvuzela ngosawoti uwuyeke imizuzu engu-30. Uhlambulule ngamanzi abandayo uwusule nge-kitchen towel.
2. Shisa imajarini epanini. Thosa u-brinjal. (Thela omunye uwoyela uma kunesidingo.) Kususe ukubeke eceleni.
3. Thosa inyama yemvu. Faka uphepha oluhlaza, u-anyanisi nogaligi. Thosa kuthambe. Faka izithako ezisele uyeke u-brinjal. Gxabhisa u-1 1/2-2 hours kuthambe inyama.
4. Faka u-brinjal. Pheka imizuzu engu-20. Seva nepapa noma nerayisi.

3. Bhaka kuhhavini oshisiswe ngo-160oC u-2 1/2 hours.
4. Shubisa ngofulawa uma kunesidingo. Seva nerayisi noma isitambu.

INGOSI
QUmndeni wami ukhonze iYorkshire pudding. Kodwa uma ngizama ukuyenza, iba manzi ithambe ingakhukhumali kahle. Yini engingayenzi ngendlela efanele?
AKunezinto ezimbalwa okumele uzenze ukuze uthole umphumela ogculisayo uma wenza iYorkshire pudding.
Okokuqala, inhlama kufanele ikhukhumale kahle. Hlanganisa inhlama kusasele okungenani amahora amabili ngaphambi kokuyisebenzisa uyifake efrijini. Uma isilungele ukusetshenziswa, yikhiphe efrijini, uthele isipuni samanzi abanda kakhulu enhlameni uyishaye.
