1/2 ama-teaspoon (2,5ml) i-Aromat
1. Endishini hlanganisa ndawonye ufulawa noshizi.
2. Kwenye indishi hlanganisa ndawonye amaqanda, i-sweetcorn, i-parsley ne-Aromat.
3. Kuhlanganisele engxubeni. (Ungakuhlanganisi kakhulu.)
4. Thela le nhlama kuma-muffin case angu-12 (noma i-muffin tin egcotshiwe). Kubhake kuhhavini oshisiswe ngezinga elingu-200oC imizuzu engu-15 noma kuze kuphekeke.

2. Epanini shisa uwoyela bese uthosa ingxube oyifake ngesipuni ize ibe nsunjwana.
3. Endishini hlanganisa ushukela ne-cinnamon. Kufake kuma-fritters aphekiwe ukuseve ngokushesha.

1. Endishini hlanganisa ndawonye zonke izithako. Uma sekuyinhlama, kukhe ngesipuni ukufake kwi-muffin tin egcotshiwe.
2. Kubhake kuhhavini oshisiswe ngezinga elingu-180oC imizuzu engu-10-15 noma kuze kube nsunjwana ngombala.
