Fried Rice
* 2 izipuni (30ml) uwoyela
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 3 amaqanda ashayiwe
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) irayisi eliphekiwe
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) ama-frozen peas
1. Inkukhu. Bilisa imizuzu engu-15. Kugudluze ukuyeke kuphole ukukhuhle ngowoyela ukunonge.
2. Texan Spice Rub. Epanini hlanganisa ama-peppercorns, i-coriander, i-Aromat, i-turmeric, i-ginger nopelepele ukushise (ngaphandle kukawoyela) kuze kuhlangane. Kugudluze emlilweni ukuyeke kuphole ukufake esikhwameni sepulasitiki ukugaye ngengaphansi lebhodlela le-spice noma i-pestle ne-mortar.

1. Bilisa i-pasta emanzini anosawoti ize ithambe. Icwenge uyibeke eceleni.
2. Epanini shisa uwoyela uthose ama-boerewors aze aphekeke. Kukhiphe epanini ukusike izingcezu ezingu-2cm. Kubeke eceleni.
3. Kulo lelo pani, thosa uphepha, ukherothi, amazambane no-anyanisi - u-anyanisi uze uthambe.
4. Govuzela phakathi u-curry powder ukuthose umzuzu. Yehlisa umlilo ufake utamatisi. Kugxabhise kushube usosi. Faka i-stock ukupheke kuthambe ama-veg.
5. Phindisela ama-boerewors epanini, ukugxabhise, ukunonge. Hlanganisa i-pasta nama-boerewors, ukuseve ne-green salad enoshizi ogreythiwe iCheddar.

* 8-10 izifuba zenkukhu eziqotshiwe
* 1 u-anyanisi osikwe izingcezu
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) u-green beans oqotshiwe
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) i-basmati, jasmine noma irayisi elijwayelekile
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) i-desiccated coconut
1. Epanini bilisa i-coconut milk ukubondele kwi-curry paste.
2. Faka inkukhu no-anyanisi ukugxabhise imizuzu eyishumi inkukhu ize iphekeke.
3. Faka u-green beans ukugxabhise eminye imizuzu embalwa. (Ubhontshisi kufanele uklamuzele.)
4. Pheka irayisi ulandele imithetho esephaketheni ufake usawoti.
5. Epanini (elingenawoyela), shisa i-desiccated coconut ize ibe nsunjwana. Kubondele erayisini. Phaka ingxube yenkukhu erayisini ngokwahlukanakwezindishi.
