Pasta And Meatballs With
Tomato Sauce
Meatballs
* 2 1/2 izinkomishi (125ml) izimvuthu zesinkwa
* 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) ubisi
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 500g i-mince
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-paprika
* 1 isipuni ushizi ogreythiwe iCheddar wokunonga iTomato Sauce
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) i-beef stock
* 1 x 410g ithini likatamatisi
* 2 izipuni (30ml) i-tomato purée
* 1 ugaligi ogxotshiwe
* 2 izipuni (30ml) i-parsley eqotshiwe
Pasta
* 500g spaghetti
1. Meatballs. Endishini hlanganisa ndawonye izimvuthu zesinkwa nobisi, ukubeke eceleni.
2. Tomato Sauce. Epanini hlanganisa ndawonye i-stock, utamatisi ne-purée. Faka ugaligi ne-parsley. Kuyeke kugxabhe u-sauce uze wehle ushube.
3. Meatballs. Hlanganisa u-anyanisi ne-mince ezimvuthwini zesinkwa. Ebhodini elibhuqwe ngofulawa kubumbe kube ngama-meatballs. Kubeke ethreyini kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-30 noma kuze kuphekeke.
4. Pasta. Pheka i-spaghetti ngokulandela imithetho ephaketheni.
5. Faka i-spaghetti endishini, phezulu kube ngama-meatballs. Thela i-tomato sauce ukunonge ngoshizi bese ukuseva ngokushesha.

* 500g i-mutton esikwe imicu
* 2 izinkomishi (500ml) amasi
* 3 izigaxa zikagaligi oqotshiwe
* 1/2 i-teaspoon (2,5ml) usawoti
* 1/2 i-teaspoon (2,5ml) uphepha
* 1 isipuni (15ml) u-anyanisi
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 1 x 410g ithini likatamatisi
* 1 i-mutton stock cube
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) u-peas
* 4 izipuni (60ml) i-cornflour
* 2 izipuni (30ml) ubisi
* 1 isixha samacembe e-mint (ngokuthanda kwakho)
* 1 x 500g iphakethe le-spaghetti
1. Endishini hlanganisa amasi, ugaligi, usawoti nophepha. Kunonge. Cwilisa i-mutton imizuzu engu-15-20.
2. Epanini thosa u-anyanisi uze uthambe, ufake utamatisi, i-mutton namasi. Kuyeke kugxabhe imizuzu engu-3-5. Faka u-peas ugxabhise i-mutton ize iphekeke.
3. Kujeke, hlanganisa i-cornflour nobisi ukugovuze kuze kushube.
4. Pheka i-spaghetti ngokulandela imithetho ephaketheni.
5. Faka i-spaghetti kwi-mutton ne-sauce. Kuhlanganisise. Faka amacembe e-mint. Kuseve ngokushesha.

* 1 x 425g ithini le-pilchards in tomato sauce
* 4 amaqanda ashayiwe
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) usawoti
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) ushizi ogreythiwe iCheddar
1. Pheka i-macaroni ngokulandela imithetho ephaketheni.
2. Epanini ncibilikisa imajarini. Thosa u-anyanisi uze uthambe. Kugudluze emlilweni. Kuvenge kuma-pilchards ne-sauce.
3. Kwi-ovenproof dish hlanganisa
i-macaroni, amaqanda, usawoti
ne-onion mix. Kuvuvuzele
ngoshizi. Kubhake kuhhavini ongu-180oC imizuzu engu-20.

4. Kwi-ovenproof dish faka i-pasta ne-tuna, ukuvuvuzele nge-parsley. Kubhake ngo-180oC imizuzu engu-20-30. Kuseve ngokushesha.

Ukuthenga i-dried pasta
Funda ilebuli uma uthenga i-dried pasta. I-pasta ekahle eyenziwe nge-semolina engu-100%. (Ilebuli izobhalwa ukuthi - durum wheat noma semolina.) Eyenziwe nge-durum wheat ihlale ime ngendlela eyiyo futhi iyaqina lapho uyipheka, ayinamfuki uma isiphekiwe.
Isikali se-pasta
Izinhlobo zama-dried pasta zikhukhumala ngokuphindiwe uma ziphekiwe. Engu-500g yanela abantu abayisithupha.
