1. Endishini shaya imajarini noshukela. Faka amaqanda, elilodwa ngesikhathi uwashaye.
2. Endishini hlanganisa ufulawa, i-baking soda, i-baking powder, ikhasi lewolintshi nelikalamula nosawoti.

1. Endishini hlanganisa i-baker’s mix, ama-cherries, ushukela ne-apple juice. Mboza nge-clingwrap ukuyeke ubusuku bonke.
2. Sefa ufulawa, i-mixed spice ne-ginger emahhadla.
3. Vula i-fruit mix ubondele phakathi okwamaqanda okumhlophe, uwoyela, ubisi, i-brandy, ufulawa osefiwe nama-spices.

Crumble
* 25g imajarini ethanjisiwe
* 3 izipuni (45ml) i-self-raising flour
* 3 izipuni (45ml) i-demerara sugar
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) i-cinnamon emahhadla
1. Sponge. Endishini shaya imajarini, ushukela, ufulawa, i-baking powder, amaqanda nobisi kube sakhilimu.
2. Kundlale ethinini eline-baking paper (21x30cm). Faka ingxube ngesipuni uyihlele ngaphezulu. Bhaka imizuzu engu-25 ngo-180°C kusethe.
3. Crumble. Hlanganisa zonke izithako.
4. Filling. Chela i-yoghurt ulandelise ngama-apricots phezu kwe-sponge. Kuchele nge-crumble.
5. Bhaka ngo-180°C imizuzu engu-40. Kugudluze kuphole. Kuseve kufudumele njengo-pudding noma kupholile ukusike izikwele.
