* 1/2 isipuni (7,5ml) uwoyela
* 1/2 isigaxa ugaligi ogxotshiwe
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml) ushukela
* 1/2 isipuni (7,5ml) ujusi kalamula
* 1/2 i-teaspoon (2,5ml)
  i-paprika
* 1/2 u-anyanisi oqotshiwe
* 1 isipuni (15ml) i-parsley eqotshiwe
* usawoti nophepha
1. Faka zonke izithako kujeke, vala ushukuze.
2. Seva ne-green salad.
Fruity dressing
* 1 ubhanana obondiwe
* 1 inkomishi (250ml) i-sour cream
* 4 izipuni (60ml) ushukela
* 1 isipuni (15ml) ujusi kalamula
* 1 isipuni (15ml) i-dry mustard powder
* usawoti nophepha
1. Endishini hlanganisa zonke izithako unonge.
2. Mboza ufake efrijini imizuzu engu-30 ngaphambi kokuseva. Ikahle kwi-green salad noma kwi-pasta.
Mayo dressing
* 1 isipuni (15ml) uwoyela
* 1 u-anyanisi oqotshisisiwe
* 1 isigaxa ugaligi ogxotshiwe
* 1 i-teaspoon (5ml)
  i-turmeric
* 1 isipuni (15ml) ujusi kalamula
* 2 izipuni (30ml)
  i-mayonnaise
* usawoti nophepha
* i-turmeric yokuhlobisa
1. Epanini shisa uwoyela uthose u-anyanisi nogaligi imizuzu engu-5 kuze kuthambe.
2. Faka i-turmeric ukuthose imizuzu engu-2. Susa emlilweni ukubeke eceleni kuphole.
3. Endishini hlanganisa ujusi kalamula ne-mayonnaise. Kunonge ufake ingxube ka-anyanisi. Vuvuzela i-turmeric ukuseve ne-green salad noma ne-potato salad.[z]
