Indlela yokubilisa amaqanda
■ Sebenzisa amaqanda angekho efrijini ukuze angaqhumi. Ngaphambi kokulibilisa iqanda, lizungezise entendeni yesandla sakho ukuze okuphuzi kwalo kube phakathi nendawo ngisho selibilile.
■ Amanzi epanini awadlule amaqanda. Sebenzisa isipuni ufake amaqanda ngokucophelela ukuze angafi. Yehlisa umlilo uyeke amanzi agxabhe kahle.
■ Faka i-teaspoon kaviniga emanzini ukuze amaqanda kube lula ukuwahluba.
■ Uma ufuna iqanda elithambile, bilisa imizuzu engu-3-5 - eliqinile imizuzu engu-6-8.
■ Emva kokuwabilisa, afake emanzini abandayo okwesikhashana. Lokhu kwenza okuphuzi kungashintshi umbala.
■ Uma usika amaqanda abilile aqinile, faka ummbese emanzini abandayo kuqala ukuqinisekisa ukuthi okuphuzi akuvuthuki.

□ 2 izipuni (30ml) imajarini
□ 2 izipuni (30ml) i-cornflour
□ 3 izinkomishi (750ml) ubisi
□ 1/2 inkomishi (125ml) ushizi ogreythiwe
□ 1 i-sprig parsley eqotshiwe
□ usawoti nophepha
□ 1 inkomishi (250ml) izimvuthu zesinkwa
1. Epanini bilisa amaqanda emanzini imizuzu engu-6-8 bese uwabeka eceleni.
2. Ncibilikisa imajarini ufake i-cornflour ukubonde kuhlangane. Faka ubisi ulokhu ukugovuza ukuze kube bushelelezi, kubile kuze kushube.
3. Bondela phakathi ushizi, i-parsley, usawoti nophepha.
4. Sika amaqanda abe ngohhafu. Ahlele kwi-ovenproof dish, uthele i-sauce, phezulu kube yizimvuthu zesinkwa.
5. Kubhake kuhhavini ongu-180oC kuze kube nsunjwana (8-10 imizuzu). Kuseve nothosi.
