Kuyini ukulinganisa (calibration)?

Umsebenzi wokulinganisa umshini ofafazayo uqonde ukuqinisa ukuthi ufafaza inani loketshezi (amanzi noshevu) elifanelekile endaweni ethile.

Kuyini okungashintshwa?

Inozili. Inozili elinembobo encane lizokhipha amanzi amancane malingana nenozili 

	elinembobo enkulu. Futhi inozili lingaba nendlela yokufafaza ebanzi noma encane

	 ngobubanzi. 

Isicindezelo sesifafazo. Lapho umpompa kakhulu, isicindezelo siyakhuphuka bese

	kuphuma amanzi amaningi. Futhi ukukhulisa isicindezelo kwenza ukuthi amaconsi 

	azoba mancane. 

Lapho ufafaza ngogandaganda, ukucindezela kwephampu kuzohambelana nokugijima 

 	kogandaganda (rpm). 

Amageli kagandaganda azokhombisa isigijimiso somshini. 

Umshayeli womshini ufanele akhethe igeli nesigijimiso esifanelekile lapho isilinganiso

	sesifafazo sezenziwe.

Indlela yokulinganisa

Gcwalisa ithangi lesifafazo. 

Khetha ukuthi uzosebenzisa liphi igeli nangesigijimiso esingakanani (isibonelo: igeli 

	elingu-4 nesigijimiso esing-2 500 rpm). 

Linganisa ubude obngu-100 m. 

Sebenzisa lelo geli (gear) nesigijimiso esifanelekile (rpm), bese ulinganisa isikhathi

 	ugandaganda uhamba indawo elingana ne-100 m (isibonelo: amasekondi angu-21). 

Dumisa ugandaganda lapho umile ngesigijimiso osikhethile (2 500 rpm), bese uhlola

 	ukuthi isifafazo emhlabathini singakanani. 

Beka isicindezelo sesifafazo lapho usifunayo (isibonelo: 3 bar). 

Sebenzisa leso sikhathi (21 seconds) esithathe ugandaganda ukuhamba 100 m, vula

isifafazo, linganisa inani lamanzi eliphuma enozolini elilodwa (isibonelo: 1 200 ml / 1,2	 litres). 

Phindaphinda lokhu ngamanozili amabili noma amathathu bese uthatha inani

 	elingaphakathi. 

Sebenzisa inani lamanzi eliphuma enozilini elilodwa (e.g. 1 200 ml / 1,2 amalitha) bese

     	uphindphinda lokhu ngenani lamanozili (isibon. 12 amanozili) ukuze uzokwazi ukuthi 

   	ufafaze amalitha angakanani endaweni engu-100 m (onke amanozili, 12 x 1,2 l = 14,4 

	amalitha). 

Linganisa ububanzi bebhumu (4,7 m). 

Manje uyazi ububanzi okufafazayo kungakanani, uyazi futhi ukuthi ufafaza amanzi 

	angakanani kulobo banzi endaweni engu-100 m. 

Indawo efafazwayo endaweni engu-100 m: 100 m x 4,7 m = 470 amamithaskwele. 

Usebenzise 14,4 lt kuleyo ndawo. 

Indawo engu-1 ha = 10 000 amamithaskwele (100 m x 100 m). 

Inani lamanzi elisetshenziswe ku-1 ha kuzoba 10 000 / 470 = 21,27 x 14,4 l = 306 lt / 

	ha. 

Ilebula ekaneni lekhemikali lizokhombisa inani lamanzi elifuneka ehekthelini elilodwa

   	 futhi nenani lamalitha likashevu elidingekayo ehekthelini elolodwa. 

Lapho ukwenzile konke lokhu bese uthola ukuthi inani lamanzi alifaneleki nalokhu

 	4 lt ehekthelini elolodwa. Lokhu kuzoba 500 lt / 306 (amalitha athelwa ehekthelini)

 	phindaphinda nga-4 (amalitha omuthi ehekthelini). 

Kufanele ufake 6,5 lt omuthi ethangeni elingu-500 lt.
