Ukulalelwa kodaba lokubuyisana kwingxabano, yinqubo lapho khona ukhomishana  ehlangana nazo zonke izinhlangothi ezithintekayo kwingxabano ukubheka izindlela zokuxazulula ingxabano ngesivumelwano.

Inqubo ye-conciliation-arbitration  ixazulula ingxabano masishane phakathi komqashi nomsebenzi lapho khona kube nokuxoshwa okungalandelanga inqubo yomthetho, ngokubuyisana nokuthatha isinqumo sokulamula. Le nqubo isiza ngokubuyisana  nokuthathwa kwesinqumo sokulamula ukuthi kwenzeke inqubo ngendlela eqhubekela phambili ngalo lolo suku, uma kunesidingo.

Ukubuyisana  kuxazulula ingxabano masishane futhi ngendlela elungile. Inqubo yokubuyisana  ayinasixaka-xaka, ayibizi ngezimali, nakhona ayidingi ukuthi kube nabameli bomthetho. Isinqumo sokuxazulula inkinga sisezandleni zezinhlangothi ezithintekayo.

Kumhlangano wokubuyisana, umqashi angavela yena siqu noma angamelwa ngu-director noma omunye umsebenzi noma inhlangano yomqashi. Umsebenzi angamelwa ngonesikhundla kwinyunyane  noma isikhulu senyunyane ebhalisiwe.

Uma umenzi wesicelo ehluleka ukuvela kwinkundla yokulalelwa kodaba lokubuyisana ngesikhathi esibekiwe, udaba luzovele luhlakazwe. Uma umenzi wesicelo efisa ukuqhubeka, kumele enze isicelo sokukhanselwa kokuhlakazwa kodaba .
