Ukulalelwa kokuthobelana yikambiso lapho ukomitjhinara  ahlangana nabathinteka embangweni ukufuma iindlela zokurarulula umbango ngesivumelwano.

Ukuthobelana-ukungenelela  yikambiso erarulula imikghwa engasimihle yemsebenzini kanye nokuqothwa okungakalungi ngokusebenzisa ukuthobelana namkha ukungenelela. Lekambiso ivumela bona ukuthobelana nokungenelela kwenzeke njengekambiso eragela phambili khona mhlokho, nakufunekako.

Ukuthobelana kurarulula imiraro msinyana nangobuhle. Ikambiso yokuthobelana ayikararani, ayidli imali enengi begodu ayivumeli ukujanyelwa bogqwetha. Isiqunto sokulungisa siyame kwabathintekako.

Emhlanganweni wokuthobelana umqatjhi angavela ngokwakhe namkha angajanyelwa mnqophisi namkha ngenye ihlangano yabasebenzi namkha yabaqatjhi. Umsebenzi angajanyelwa siphathiswa namkha siphathiswa seyuniyoni yabasebenzi etlolisiweko.

Nayikuthi umbawi ubhalelwa kukubakhona ekulalelweni kokuthobelana ngesikhathi esibekiweko, indaba izakurarhwa. Nakungenzeka umsebenzi afise ukuragela phambili nayo, kuzakufanela enze isibawo sokubuyiselwa emva kokurarhwa.
