IsiKhwama seTjhorensi yabangaSebenziko senzelwe ukunikela ngerhelebho lesikhathi esifitjhani kubasebenzi, kuye ngobujamo obuthileko, lokha nabangasasebenziko, namkha nabangasakghoniko ukusebenza ngebanga lokugula, ngelivu yokuteta namkha yokufumeza begodu sinikela ngerhelebho kwabatlhogonyelwa msebenzi osele ahlongakele kube bekabhadela esikhwameni.

8.8 Ukubalekela ukuhlawuliswa okungakafaneli nenzalo, abaqatjhi kufanele baqinisekise bona ukubhadela kufika esiKhwameni ngesikhathi esibekiweko, kungaqalwa bonyana iforomo elibuyiswako i-UI-7 litholiwe. Abaqatjhi kufanele bathinte isiKhwama nayikuthi abatholi amaforomo we-UI-7 ngesikhathi esijayelekileko namkha nayikuthi bathola amaforomo ngokungakafaneli. 
9. Ingabe kghani boke abaqatjhi kufanele bazalise bebalethe iforomo i-UI-7,

9.1 Boke abaqatjhi okuNgafuneki bona babhadele kwa-SARS kufanele bazalise iforomo UI-7 kungaqalwa indlela, ukobana babhadela kangaki namkha indawo ababhadela kiyo. Imininingwana yabasebenzi ibekwa ebuthelelweni begodu lokha umuntu nakaphelelwa msebenzi, isiKhwama singasebenza isibawo ngaphandle kokuriyada. Ngakho-ke kuqakathekile ukuqinisekisa bona abaqatjhi bathumela imininingwana yabasebenzi babo esiKhwameni, khona kuzakulethwa ibuthelelo ebujameni banjesi.

11. Ingabe kghani boke abaqatjhi kufanele balethe ukuveza kwabo 
kwenyanga?

13.4 UmThetho oTjhugululiweko weTjhorensi yabaNgasebenziko ka-2003 godu utjheja ubujamo lapho umsebenzi wangekhaya anabaqatjhi abangaphezu kwamunye begodu uletha umqondo wokusebenza isikhathi esithileko kilabo basebenzi abanabaqatjhi abangaphezu kwamunye. 
13.5 UmThetho unikela ngokubhadelwa kwemivuzo lokha umrholo womsebenzi nawuwela ngaphasi kwezinga lalokho ebekakurhola ngaphambilini lokha nakaqatjhwe makhaya woke, isibonelo, nayikuthi umsebenzi usebenzela amakhaya  amathathu begodu umrholo sele uwoke uma-R 600,00 begodu uloba umrholo wekhaya linye oma-R 200,00 ufanele kufumana imivuzo, ngombana manje sele arhola kuphela ama-R 400,00 ngombana ulobe ama-R200,00 njengomrholo. 
13.6 Kuqalwa kuphela ukuqatjhwa okulahleke eenyangeni ezisithandathu ezidlulileko ukusuka ngelanga lesibawo lokha nakutjhejwa nayikuthi umsebenzi wangekhaya uyasebenza namkha akasebenzi. Godu kubasebenzi bangekhaya ilanga lokuhlongakala komqatjhi lizakuthathwa njengelanga lokungasebenzi.
