Termbase and Project filter panel overview
1.Termbase Here you specify the Termbase to which all of the records should belong. Records contained within another Termbase will not be displayed.
2.Project Here you select a Project to be added to the project filter. Each time a new project is chosen, it will be added to the filter where additional settings can be set for each project.
3.Contains/Does not contain Contains: Lists all of the records that are part of the specified project. Does not contain: Lists all of the records that are NOT part of the specified project. This operation takes significantly more time than the Contains operation. Exclusive: Lists only records that are exclusively assigned to the specified project. Selecting this option will remove the other projects from the filter.
4.AND/OR AND: Using this operator, the system will find all of the records that belong to BOTH this project and the next project specified. OR: This operator will set the filter to find all the records that belong to EITHER this or the next specified project.
5.Remove Pressing this button will remove this project from the project filter.

Filter by Project(s)
1.Open the Filter dialog. 2.Click on the "Select Termbase" drop-down list and choose the appropriate Termbase. 3.Expand the Project Filters by clicking on the 4.Select a project from the "Select Project..." drop-down list. 5.The selected project will be added to the filter. 6.Specify the properties for this project: a)Contains / Does not Contain / Exclusive Contains: The filter returns all the records contained within the specified project. Does not Contain: The filter returns all the records that are not contained within the specified project. Exclusive: Only records that belong exclusively to the selected project will be returned. b)AND / OR Determines how the concurrent projects are associated in the filter. For example, setting a filter with records contained in Project 1 OR Project 2 will return all of the records in both of the projects. By setting the filter with records contained in Project 1 AND Project 2 will only return records that are assigned to both the projects. 7.To remove a project from the filter, click the Remove button. 8.Click the Set filter button to set the filter.
Up to ten projects can be specified on the Project filters. Take care when listing multiple projects and the operators used to connect them.
For example, let's set the Termbase and Projects filter to find all of the Records that are contained in: Project 1 AND Project 2 OR Project 3
The filter will find all of the records that are contained in both Project 1 and Project 2, or all the records contained in Project 3. If we assume that Project 1 and Project 2 do not share any records, then this filter will only return records contained in Project 3. Then we might have just specified that we want all of the records contained within Project 3, instead of the definition given above. The latter definition will be able to collect the results much quicker than the first filter definition.
