The Autshumato TMS accommodates three types of users:

Guest user

Users who do not have an account and cannot sign into the system can only access the system as a Guest user with limited functionality.

Signed-in user

Users who have an account and are able to sign in will have full Termbrowser functionality as well as the ability to edit and create records based on access rights assigned by an Administrator.

Administrator

These are users who are able to sign in and have full access rights to the complete system. These users define the languages and fields available as well as creating and managing user accounts and access rights.

The functionality available to each of these users is described in detail in each of their separate sections of this guide.

The Autshumato TMS consists of four pages:

The Welcome Page (index.html) is the starting point of the Autshumato TMS. From there, you can log in to the system.

The Termbrowser Page (termbrowser.jsp) is displayed once you have logged in to the system. From this page, you can browse and search for terms, as well as create and edit records.

The Administration Interface Page (administration.jsp) is only for the Administrator and is where several aspects regarding the setup of the Autshumato TMS can be altered.

The Terms and Conditions Page (terms.html) lists all the terms and conditions that the user accepts by using this web service. You can access this page from any other page in the Autshumato TMS by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. It is imperative that you read the terms and conditions listed on this page as you agree to these by using this service.
