In order to access the Administration Interface, your user account must have administration privileges. If you do not have these privileges, please contact your system administrator to make the desired changes on your behalf. To effectively manage the Autshumato TMS, you must be familiar with the Data Structure and its relevant information.
As an administrator, you will have access to the following functionalities:
oView the users currently accessing the system oManage existing Users and User Categories oCreate new Users and User Categories oSet a User account expiration date oAlter existing Termbases and Projects oCreate new Termbases and Projects oDefine pre-set values for a field •Delete complete Records
Sign into the Administration Interface
1.Navigate to the tms/administration.jsp page of the Autshumato TMS system. 2.Click OK on the Administration Interface Alert. 3.Click on the 4.Enter your username. 5.Enter your password. 6.Click on the Sign in button.
Note: If your user account has administrator privileges and you are signed into the Termbrowser, click on the
Administration Interface overview
1.Sign out Signs you out of the Autshumato TMS system.
2.Termbase Navigates you to the Termbrowser.
3.Help Opens up this document.
The Online Users tab displays the users currently accessing the system. From here you can also sign a user out of the system.
The Users and Categories tab enable you to manage, alter and create users and user categories.
On the Termbases tab you can create and alter Termbases and Projects.
7.Fields The Fields tab provides the functionality to alter and create the Fields that should be available in the Autshumato TMS.
The Access Rights tab is used to control the access-, creation-, editing-, deletion-, export- and viewing-rights of the Autshumato TMS system for User Categories or specific Users.

10.Terms and conditions Navigates to the Terms and Conditions for using the Autshumato TMS. |
