2 dikopi (500ml)

240g margarine
1 kgabana (5ml) vanilla essence
4 mahe a maholo
4 dikopi (1 000ml) cake flour
5 dikgabana (25ml) baking powder
1/2 kgabana (2,5ml) letswai
1 kopi (250ml) lebese kapa metsi, kapa tsona ka bobedi.

150g margarine
1 kgabana (5ml) vanilla essence

3. Tshela motswako wa buttermilk folourung mme o phakise ho "seha" ka thipa. (Haeba e hlile e le thata, eketsa lebese).
4. E ale hantle lepolankeng le fafaditsweng folouru e be morumo wa 2cm. E sehe ka scones cutter kapa puturned glass.
5. Di tshele ho baking sheet e seng e tlotsitswe ka mafura. Tlotsa ka lebese le lehe ka hodimo.
6. Baka ontong e seng e le mofuthung wa 200oC metsotso e 10-15 ho fihlela di butswa.
