* 2 bay leaves

* 1/2 kopi dierekisi tse leqhwa
* 1 tamati e kgabetsweng
* 1 vegetable stock cube
* 2 dikopi (500ml) metsi
1. Pudutsa lentils, e bedise metsotso 30 ho fihlela e butswa. E behelle ka thoko.
2. Futhumetsa oli paneng. Tshela eie le garlic o hadike metsotso e mehlano. Tshela turmeric, curry powder le bay leaves. Fuduha metsotso e meraro.
3. Tshela dihwete, dinawa le cauliflower le dierekisi. Pheha metsotso e meraro. Tshela lentils e butswitseng, tamati le stock cube o tlhadiele.
Pheha metsotso e 15 ho fihlela meroho e butswa.
