The child’s speech in each recording is orthographically transcribed. In each age group the speech produced by one child of each gender was also transcribed phonetically. Age: 3;6-3;11 (mean [SD] = 3.72 [0.13]), 4;0-4;11 (mean [SD]= 4.22 [0.13]), 5;0-5;11 (mean [SD] = 5.47 [0.31]), 6;0-6;11 (mean [SD]= 6.33 [0.43]), and 7;0-9;6 (mean [SD]= 8.48 [0.73]), three male and three female participants per category. Language status: Typically developing children. Setting elicitation: One on one, one adult and one child. Person recording: Trained SLP (only one person involved).
