The following changes were made to the original dictionary:
a) The dictionary was reformatted and rewritten using the Lwazi phoneme
set.
b) Various rule-based changes were made to convert the dictionary from
British to South African English, as described in:
L. Loots, M.Davel, E.Barnard and T.Niesler, "Comparing manually-developed
and data-driven rules for P2P learning", In Proceedings of the 20th
annual symposium of the Pattern Recognition Society of South Africa
(PRASA), Stellenbosch, South Africa, Nov 2009

In addition, new statistics were calculated and new rules extracted using
the Default&Refine algorithm, as described in:
M.Davel and E.Barnard, "Pronunciation Prediction with Default&Refine",
Computer Speech and Language, Vol 22, pp 374-393, Oct 2008"
