UmThetho weTjhebiswano lezabaSebenzi ka-1995 uvumela ilungelo lokuphiketha. Iyuniyoni yabasebenzi etlolisiweko ingagunyanza ukuphiketha kwamalunga nabasekeli bayo ngomnqopho wokutjhagala ngokuthula.
