1. Fudumeza i-onti kuma-220°C. Yenza mtyaba isiqingatha se-puff pastry kwitreyi eneflawa encinci ukwenza uxande olungama-40cm x20cm. Sika ngobude imicu emibini.
2. Yahlula kubini i-mince meat ngokulinganayo, bhuqa ngeflawa. Beka isahlulo ngasinye ngakubude bomcu omnye bemicu yentlama.
3. Qaba imiphetho yeflawa ngobisi oluncinci, songa icala elinye uze ucinezele kunye ukuvala. Cheba imiphetho. Ngoku uza kuba nee-sausage roll ezimbini inye ibenobude obungama-40cm.
4. Qaba ngeqanda ukuze imenyezele. Sika i-roll nganye kangangobude be-5cm. Yenza iziliti ezibini okanye ezithathu ngaphezu kwe-roll nganye.
5. Khuphela kwitreyi yokubhaka, bhaka kangangemizuzu eli-15. Cutha ubushushu be-onti buye kwi-180°C, bhaka eminye imizuzu eli-15. Khuphela kwirekhi yocingo ukupholisa. Phaka ishushu okanye ibanda. [x]
