Ulawulo lwempilo nokhuselo lwabasebenzi lufana ncam nokulawula izixokelelwano zokuqinisekisa ukuba izityalo nezilwanyana zigcineka zisempilweni, zinika eyona mveliso iphezulu ukuze zikwazi ukukwenza ukuba uhlale uqhuba ishishini. Abasebenzi kufuneka babe sempilweni entle kwaye bakhuseleke ukuze basebenze ngokuncomekayo nokuba bakwazi ukusoloko bekhona emsebenzini.

Uhlalutyo lwemingcipheko

Ubonelelo lweemfuno zangasese
Kukho umngcipheko wokuguliswa zizinto ezinobungozi okanye ngenxa yobumdaka okanye iimveliso zezilwanyana eziqulethe izidalwa ezincinanana ezisenokuba nobungozi.
