1 Zenzele i-exfoliator

Xa uzenzela i-exfoliator, xuba icephe le-oatmeal necephe leplain yogurt. Xuba wenze intlama uze ugalele isiqingatha se-apile egreyithiweyo neetispuni ezimbini zejusi yelamuni.
Yithambise kulusu olomileyo. Yiyeke imizuzu emihlanu uze uyihlambe ngamanzi ashushu. Bosule ubuso bakho.
2 Luvuselele ulusu xa uhlamba
Galela irosemary xa uhlamba - iyanceda ukuphelis' iintlungu.
Kungenjalo galela isiqingatha sekomityi yebaking soda emanzini ohlamba ngawo ukuze ulusu lwakho lube mpuluswa.
3 Zenzele esakho ispa

Ulusu olungenangxaki: Xobula icucumber uyisile. Yixube neplain yogurt namaqabaza erose water.
Hlala nayo imizuzu eli-15 imask ngaphambi kokuyihlamba ngamanzi ashushu. Beka izilayi zecucumber okanye zeetapile emehlweni ukuze ufumane unyango lwamehlo oluphelisa ukudumba emehlweni.
8 Amaqhakuva
Xa kuvela iqhakuva ebusweni bakho, libeke umqhaphu othiwe nkxu kwincindi yelamuni.
9 Nyanga amehlo adumbileyo
Beka umqhaphu othiwe nkxu kwichamomile tea phezu kwamehlo akho imizuzu eli-15 ukuze kuphume uxinzelelo.
10 Lungisa amashiya akho

Jonga ekhitshini uza kuzifumana izisombululo zolusu!

Icoconut oil iyacoca, iyathambisa yaye ithambisa neenwele.
I-avocado oil ithambisa ulusu olomileyo.
I-oatmeal ilungele ulusu olome kakhulu, olulurhawuzelayo nolubuthathaka.
