* 2 amacephe (30ml) eswekile
* 1 x 10g ipakethe yedry yeast
* 1 1/2 ikomityi (375ml) yamanzi ashushu
* 3 iikomityi (750ml) ze-oyile
1. Sefela izithako ezomileyo esityeni. Galela esithebeni seplanga wenze umngxuma phakathi.
2. Galela amanzi kuhle emngxunyeni, uxove ngezandla de intlama idibane. Phindisela intlama esityeni, uyogqume ngefadukhwe, yiyeke yonyuke imizuzu engama- 45. (Ubungakanani bayo bumel' ukuphindeka kabini.)
3. Fudumeza i-oyile epanini enzulu kubushushu obuphantsi. (Xa ijika ibe
mdaka ibonisa ukuba sele ilungile.) Sebenzisa icephe nezandla, wenze intlama ibeziibhola ezincinci. Zifake e-oyileni kuhle. Wapheke de abebugolide. Waphake eshushu okanye ebanda.
